The Nutritional Sciences and Food Technology Research Laboratory conducts analyses and research projects related to food products. This laboratory offers services to all applicants, both within and outside the university, including students, faculty members, food industry companies, and more. It is equipped with advanced instruments such as HPLC, Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer, Spectrophotometer, Ultrasonic Processor, Homogenizer, Laboratory Hood, Vacuum Oven, Gel Documentation System, and Rotary Evaporator.
