The Food Quality Control Laboratory performs chemical and physical analyses of food products, including measurements of fat, pH, moisture, ash, salt, and more. This laboratory is equipped with advanced instruments such as Soxhlet Extractor, Oven, Laboratory Furnace, Water Bath, Heater, Soda Maker, Shaker, Clevenger Apparatus, pH Meter, Spectrophotometer, Gerber Centrifuge, and Laboratory Hood.
