Message

The Department of Food Technology and Quality Control at Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences commenced its activities in 2013 with the goal of training skilled students and researchers, enhancing food quality on both laboratory and industrial scales, and, most importantly, improving food safety and public health. Over the past years, this group has made significant progress and currently has a promising future, operating in four disciplines within the realms of food science, industry, and food health and safety. The dedicated and expert academic staff of this group exert all their efforts to advance the scientific objectives and enhance the quality of education and research, so that in the near future, we will witness the growth and development of this field in the region and the country as a scientific hub.
