Food analysis and research projects are carried out in the Nutrition and Food Technology Research Laboratory. This laboratory has the ability to provide services to all applicants inside and outside the university, including students, faculty members, food industry companies, etc. The laboratory is equipped with: HPLC, Atomic Absorption, Spectrophotometer, Ultrasonic, Homogenizer, Laboratory Hood, VacuumOven, Gel Dock, and Rotary.
